Celebrate my birthday here, for the food and decorations can consider cheap because of the view itself is worth. Only minus for the service, they forgot to give me a happy birthday cake, the apologies at the end btw. Overall, this restaurant serves tasty foods and drinks.

TopView Restaurant .... amazing dinner. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions. Hospitable hosts especially Christine...amazing lady. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming.The food is delicious with beautiful presentation and great services. Nice view during your dinner. Do not hassle over the parking. Easy guide up to the top. Do drop by if you ever go Penang.

Great experience at TopView Restaurant & Lounge with friendly restaurant crews and yummy food The indoor environment of the restaurant was lovely. The lighting was perfectly set with nice background music played. It was definitely an enjoyable one!To have a walk at the outdoor area is something that can never be missed... the beautiful scenery left my family and myself with a sweet memory. We will surely visit there again!

The best view in town! (George Town, obviously.) Excellent Western food, good steaks, great service, nice ambience. Absolutely worth paying for when organizing a little party.

All the staffs are really trying their best to provide us with the best ever good and most friendly service they possibly can.I never knew my hometown would look so breathtaking beautiful from The TOP Restaurant!It makes me, as a Penangite to feel so proud of my lovely hometown.I look forward to dine here again.

Very nice view while you can enjoy your meal after having a hot sunny day walk on the skydeck. The ambient just okay. The food and beverages price also very affordable. I had my Nasi Lemak Chicken Rendang. I love it. I dont like the taste of the sambal. Not into my taste bud. Overall im enjoy my meal and the view. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you for your service.

Had a great experience in Top View Restaurant celebrating my husband's birthday. We were touched by the nice & close to perfect treat from the staff there. We enjoyed the view & thanks to May & Christine whom willingly helped us in capturing the sweet moments there. We were so thrilled with the food served there & applaud chef Yusri Tan for making such a delicious & unforgettable tasty servings. My husband loves them a lot! Mr. Rafiq is very helpful at answering our queries & very professional. Last but not least we thanked the manager Mr. Kelvin whom sent us off guiding us back from the restaurant to our car. It was a splendid services from Top Restaurant. My husband and I really appreciate their service & good performance. I will definitely come back for more & would highly recommend for others to come too. Not just for the delicious food that they served but also the mesmerising view as well as their warmth & welcoming gestures by their staff. Thank you so much for making this a joyful & memorable journey.
